Amanda Peak has held progressively comprehensive roles over the decade since earning her degree in chemical engineering. She has held R&D roles developing skills in whole compound formulating, testing, compounding, and processing of flexible and rigid PVC. She also held responsibilities to design and build laboratory capacity and procedures to ensure conformance with standards and regulations. Amanda transferred these skills into new experiences formulating stabilizers and lubricants, and coordinating supply chain and manufacturing for new products. She has led Vantage Vinyl sustainability reporting efforts, and is a strong advocate for values that ensure a safe and positive culture.

TECHNICAL SKILLS 
  • Provide technical consultation services to clients in the chemical manufacturing, polymer processing, chemical distribution, and lab equipment segments
  • Provide training on component formulating, whole product formulation, process compounding techniques and practices
