  • Directed all aspects of implementing the PTFE extrusion process and assisted in the FEP heat shrink process implementation, each at two separate sites.
  • Engaged external consultants for expert guidance and instruction on the PTFE process, machinery, and facility requirements.
  • Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, including Quality, Project Management, and Finance, to integrate their expertise in various aspects of the implementation process.
