Replacement Parts For Werner & Pfleiderer / Coperion Twin Screw Extruders
While the most efficient way to get the right replacement parts for your WP/Coperion is to provide the original part number if it is still visible on the worn part. If you can get the part number and can provide a list of your part codes in the contact form entry, then we can send you our versions of the part drawings to confirm the correct part identity before sending a quotation. However, it is not uncommon that the part number wears off the end of the element at the same speed that the element is worn by manufacturing. In such situations, we will need more information including the twin screw extruder size, the element length in mm, the number of lobes (1, 2 or 3). For conveying elements: we also will need the length for a single flight to make a complete rotation around the axis (Lead length) in mm. For kneading blocks; we will also need the number of discs and the approximate disc stagger angle. If you can't get all that information at the start, that's OK. Send us the information you can provide and we will work with you on the rest.
