Working as an independent technical Consultant (Kalokem Consulting) with regard to the development of vinyl silane cross-linkable & halogen free flame-retardant compounds, plus the manufacturing technology requirements for making cable compounds and materials for other emerging uses. Designing experiments with FR, smoke suppressant and anticorrosion inorganic additive blends in various polymeric systems both halogenated and halogen free. Also co-founding the company Nanosync Sp. z o. o., which is a start-up project, based in Poland. The aim of the company was to develop, manufacture, and market innovative, high fireproof performing & nanotechnology based HFFR plastic compounds and masterbatches for various applications, but mainly wire and cable ones.
