Extrusion Consulting, Inc. was formed to provide a specialist insight to plastic material manufacturers and converters with a specialization in plastic pipe extrusion. Extrusion Consulting was created as a spin-off from BHC Associates but maintains the same great level of service and support. Bryan's background includes more than a decade spent in direct extrusion manufacturing support for HDPE plastic pipe of both corrugated and solid wall pipe.
Shortly after the establishment of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in 2001, Bryan served the Polyethylene Technical Service group in several roles. Much of the next decade was spent providing technical support to pressure pipe and corrugated pipe companies on a host of issues including new product introductions, management of change, complaint resolution, product fabrication and testing advice, and codes and standards interpretation.

Our Founder, Dr. Bryan Hauger
In 2012, Bryan and his family moved to Longmont, Colorado to join Microbac Laboratories, Inc. Hauser Division as their Technical Director. Until leaving the company in 2014, the work at Hauser included directing and coordinating activities of a technical team to prepare test reports on plastic materials and piping system components, products, and assemblies. He also provided consulting services on a broad array of technical projects including plastic materials testing and codes/standards revisions.
Since 2014, Dr. Hauger has been working full-time as a small business owner providing great consulting services to a variety of different plastic manufacturing businesses.
In September of 2021, the decision was made that extrusion consulting was growing too quickly to be maintained as a part of Bryan Hauger Consulting. Extrusion Consulting, INC was formed as a spin-off of Bryan Hauger Consulting to focus efforts on this fast growing business. Since that time, Extrusion Consulting INC has added new associates but continues to provide the same great level of services to the more narrowly focused plastic extrusion manufacturing industry.
Since 2014, Dr. Hauger has been working full-time as a small business owner providing great consulting services to a variety of different plastic manufacturing businesses.
