Boston Matthews offers a full line of designs for cutting including Guillotine, moving head planetary cutters, several saw configurations and Servo controlled fly wheel rotary cutters.  In each style of cutting, Boston Mathews provides high precision accurate clean, swarfless in-line cutting of tubes and profiles.  In all cases, our design provides a stable, movement-free cutting system delivering consistent accurate cutting during the extrusion process.  Cutters are available as stand alone units or as a Cutter/Puller combination unit.  A range of options including heated bushes, blade lubrication and heated blade can also assist with the cutting operation. Customizable options can be added to meet the exact cutting requirements of the product and production environment.
