Colines Debuts New AllRollEX 3000 MM Extrusion Line
Colines Debuts New AllRollEX 3000 MM Extrusion Line
Earlier this year at the K2022 fair, Colines presented its new flat-head extrusion line, the AllRollEX 3000 mm. This new machine produces stretch films down to 12 µ, containing up to 30% recycled PCR materials. These films were described to be capable of 400% ultimate strain and 300% wrapping consistency, but demonstrations at K2022 exceeded these capabilities. Colines utilizes the Gneuss RSFgenius Melt Filtration system to handle the recycled material for their cast and blown film lines, and allows the system to produce 10 µ films with up to 40% recycled content.
